Webdesk, TNI Falakata, 29th December, 2016: Entire school premises is scattered with empty wine bottles, playing cards, addiction items etc. This is not a stray incident but a regular affair of School No. 23 i.e. Falakata GSF (RR) Primary School under Falakata Mandal. The main reason is the absence of boundary wall is allowing the boozing party every night by the local miscreants. The guardians of the students complain every day of the menace. The school is established in the year 1948. The almost 70-year-old school is now in such a precarious situation is not being accepted by the local people. The principal Mr. Paban Chandra Gope said that they are regularly cleaning the premises then the school is started. Animals also graze in the premises and there are instances of an animal attacking small children. The BDO has assured to take necessary action in this regard. It’s now a wait and watches situation for this oldest school of Falakata.
